Atikmdag Patcher (also known as AMD/ATI Pixel Clock Patcher) is a small utility that modifies AMD/ATI video drivers.
It removes the built-in pixel clock limits — 165 MHz for single-link DVI and HDMI, 330 MHz for dual-link DVI, and 400 MHz for VGA — allowing higher resolutions and refresh rates that would normally be blocked.
You run the patcher after installing the driver, reboot, and it enables the higher timings. It works with a wide range of Catalyst and Adrenalin drivers.
