HawaiiBiosReader is a free open-source utility for reading and editing AMD GPU BIOS files, focused on GCN2 architecture cards (Hawaii and Bonaire chips).
The program supports popular models including the R9 390/390X, R9 290/290X, R9 295X2, R7 260/260X, R7 360, HD 7790, and FirePro W8100/W9100. It allows users to view and modify key BIOS sections such as DPM tables for power, frequency, and voltage settings.
Written in C#, HawaiiBiosReader is intended mainly for BIOS developers and advanced overclockers. It can load unsupported ROMs with a warning and is available under the MIT license on GitHub.
