AS SSD Benchmark is a free tool that lets you test your SSD’s performance with several specific benchmarks.
It measures sequential and random read/write speeds without using the OS cache. The program tests a 1 GB file as well as random 4K blocks, runs tests with 1 or 64 threads, and determines access times.
Additional tests check how the drive performs when copying large files, many small files, or mixed file sizes, and evaluate performance based on data compressibility. It also includes synthetic tests and supports NVMe SSDs.
