CPU-Z is a freeware program for Windows x86 and x64 that gathers detailed information on main system devices.
It shows the processor name and number, codename, process, package, and cache levels. It also displays the mainboard and chipset, memory type, size, timings, and module specifications through SPD, along with real-time measurement of each core’s internal frequency and memory frequency.
The software is fully supported on Windows 11.
