MorePowerTool (MPT) is a free community tool for AMD Radeon GPUs.
It lets you unlock and adjust advanced power limits, TDC, fan curves, voltage, and other hidden settings that AMD’s WattMan normally restricts.
Users load a GPU BIOS dump, tweak the SoftPowerPlayTable (SPPT) values, and flash the changes for higher performance. It’s popular for overclocking Navi cards but has limits on newer generations.
