RBE (Radeon BIOS Editor) is a free utility from TechPowerUp that lets users edit the BIOS of AMD Radeon graphics cards.
It gives advanced control over settings like core and memory clocks, voltages, fan curves, power limits, and timings. Mainly used by overclockers and enthusiasts to tweak and optimize their GPUs.
